I was born a leader. Even as a kid, I insisted on being the teacher every time my sisters and I played school. Growing up, I began taking on leadership roles in various youth and community groups I was involved with in high school and college.
Upon graduating, I felt driven to serve as a Teach for America corps member and taught third-grade. Shortly after I pivoted into multiple management roles in the public and private education sectors. This is where I got my start coaching leaders and teams nationwide.
Overseeing large-scale projects in some of the country’s largest school districts led me to my passion of finding and uncovering clarity from the chaos. Now that I had experience fine-tuning and creating a management process that worked, I set off to make an impact on other businesses and organizations through strategic planning/partnerships.
I’ve implemented annual planning, simplified systems, and created cohesion within teams for over 20 businesses.
